Export licence determination (licence determination)

From the dual-use regulation (EC Regulation No. 428/2009) and Chemical Weapons Convention (Austrian Federal Law Gazette (öBGBI.) II 1994 Pg 806 ff) to US Reexport, there are a whole host of legal requirements that companies need to take into consideration when trading goods internationally. Export

Since July 2009, all export declarations must be submitted in electronic form. To this end, the customs authorities provide the “Automated Export System”, or AES for short, as part of ATLAS. Your SAP GTS is a customs-certified software solution for integration with AES.

We can help you set up SAP GTS Customs Management in line with your personal requirements and specific authorisation(s) (authorised exporter) and to integrate this in your business processes and SAP ERP feeder system.

Import

Many companies leave it up to carriers and service providers to declare and deal with the transportation of non-Union goods, and accordingly have to pay for this service.
